All mockups and digital products by Studio Ferralasco are protected under one of two license types: Portfolio (Standard) or Commercial. Each purchase includes a copy of both licenses inside the downloadable folder for your records.
 
License Overview

• Commercial Client work, paid projects, campaigns, and advertising

 
01 — Portfolio License
For self-promotion, portfolio, and internal presentation only.
This license is intended for designers, studios, and agencies showcasing their own work.
You can:

• Display your work in your personal or studio portfolio (non-commercial)

• Share on social media to promote your own work

• Use in personal, academic, or internal presentations and case studies

You cannot:

• Use in any client, commercial, or paid context

• Use in advertising, campaigns, or products for sale

• Redistribute, sublicense, or include in templates or resale items

• Use in any way that implies endorsement by Studio Ferralasco

02 — Commercial License
For client and commercial use.
This license grants broader rights for professional, paid, and public-facing work.
You can:

• Use in client projects, campaigns, or commercial branding

• Use across digital advertising, packaging, print, and out-of-home media

• Include in commercial presentations, decks, and promotional materials

You cannot:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the files

• Use a single license across multiple entities or clients

• Claim ownership or modify for resale

Ownership
All mockups remain the exclusive property of Studio Ferralasco.
Licenses grant limited rights of use — not ownership.
They are non-transferable and valid indefinitely.

Jurisdiction
All licenses are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia.
By purchasing or using any Studio Ferralasco mockup, you agree to these terms.
