At Studio Ferralasco, we believe the tools you use should empower your work, not complicate it. To ensure a frictionless creative process, we have moved to a Universal License for all digital products and mockups.
 

There are no tiers, no seat limits, and no hidden extensions. Every purchase grants you the full right to use our cinematic assets across both personal and professional projects.
 

The Universal License
This license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the assets for an unlimited number of projects, indefinitely.
 

You Can:

• Commercial & Client Work: Use the assets in branding, advertising, packaging, social media campaigns, and digital or physical out-of-home media for clients.

• Portfolio & Self-Promotion: Display your work in personal or studio portfolios, case studies, and across social media platforms.

• Presentations: Use in commercial decks, internal pitches, and educational materials.

• Unlimited Scale: Use the assets for any project size, regardless of the client's reach or budget.
   

You Cannot:

• Redistribute: You may not resell, lease, sublicense, or share the source files with third parties.

• Resale Products: You may not use the assets as a primary element in products intended for resale (e.g., selling your own mockup templates or digital "scene creators" using our files).

• Claim Ownership: You may not claim the mockup files as your own original creation.

• Implicit Endorsement: You may not use the assets in a way that implies an endorsement by or a formal partnership with Studio Ferralasco.
   

Ownership
All digital products and mockups remain the exclusive intellectual property of Studio Ferralasco. The Universal License grants rights of use, not ownership of the underlying files.
 

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. By purchasing or downloading any Studio Ferralasco asset, you agree to be bound by these terms.
